Start off with a good green salad, use olive oil and vinigar for dressing. Then you can prepare yourself on a plate, four onces of beef, porc, chicken fish or tofu. The leanest version you can find. Prepare them the way you want, but DO NOT use more then a tea spoon of olive or vegetable oil per serving. Use one cup of vegetables, but NO potatoes. You can grill the vegetables and serv it with your meal.
So what do you think about that diet meal?
I hope this helps, more about health and fitness to come...

I think it is a great diet meal, and I will go try it. Why no potatoes though?

Its really difficult to prepare diet food at home when you are working and follow a schedule. My trainer recommended me Bistro MD diet. It's a low calories, nutritious diet that really works for me. They deliver it to my door. Tastes really good. I lost about 15 pounds in 3.5 months.

It's really difficult to prepare diet food at home when you are working and follow a schedule. Fortunately, there are plenty of reputable home diet delivery companies that'll do it for you. I tried BistroMD for a while - search on here to find its good and less good points - and was awfully happy with it.
