yes i always try to give pluses if it merrits it, havent given many minuses only for the one worsd answers

Yes I rate all of them unless they are just one or two words as they are not worth rating or if I get a response that has nothing to do with the Discussion and believe me I get a lot of them lol

i like to rate the response in my discussion and after some times i would like to give best response mark to one of response within my discussion. i just feel its really necessary to appreciate another response in my discussion
