Going to the Opticians.

When was the last time you went to the Opticians. If you are under 70 you should have a sight test every 2 years, if older every 12 months.

The las time I had been for an eye check is around 5 years. I do not feel any strain in the eye, but is there any valid reason as to why I should go for an eye checkup every 2 years?

Yeah, dont want to try and scare people tho. The eye a very good at telling us about our blood pressure. Things like glaucoma, if checked regulary, can be picked up on and treated. If you leave it too long thereis a good chance of going blind.
