The trick in the raw fish

Have you ever heard of Raw Fish, May be yes. Very popular in Japan, China etc.. Want to try it? What is the speciality in it and how there is no smell of typical fish, any idea pls sahre

I dont eat fish. But I still wonder how they can serve raw fish? Wont it cause an upset stomach? Without boiling and frying how can one eat it. I feel almost yuk! :)

I also dont eat but I have seen many people to eat raw fish, that's why I am surprised

Raw fish is a favorite in Hawaii. We like to call it "Poke". Not it is not pronounce exactly like how you see it. You pronounce like this "Po-kay". We like to mix it with green onions, white onions, sesame oil, and sometimes with "limu" or "seaweed" as you might know it. If you don't eat raw fish made Japanese way, you have to try it the way we make it "hawaiian made". It's "ono" (delicious).
