hello 2 weeks ago i buy the hosting provider because my old hosting provider had several problems with my account, they upload one old backup in my site and i lost all informationt the last 17 days. After this i change the hosting provider but now the new i have problems too. 3 time my site is down and in my cpanel where put welcome i dont see my domain i see yourdomain.com and in the mysql information i see sorry your cpanel configuration is missing your dns info. in your page put what's include the all hosting plans 98% uptime. Every time waht happend this when i tlak with suppor the up my site but the problem is that only have suppot in spanish afternoon i need hold all my morning and middle of my afternoos for my site is upload :(
