I Cant Control Myself,Give me an ADVICE PLEASE.

Today my girl friend is going to her native place,i am totally mood out.Because i cant live without seeing her,that too she will be not with me for New Year day.Every year i was the person who wish her and she is the first one to wish me and that day we will go out.But i think this year it will not be possible.I am getting cry thinking of that.Now at present i want to hug and cry at her.I think this will be my though New Year day in my life.I cant express my expressions in words.At this moment also i have flood of tears in my eyes.I am not able to control my self. I am in love for 8 years,in these years many times we will quarrel each other and we will compromise. But if i get the thought that i she is leaving me i cant control my self.I love her to that much extent. Do you have any experience like this,if yes give me a sugession how to control myself,please.
