how to auto-run a cd in the cd drive.

I use windows 2000 as my operating system, I had windows xp previously and it had clashes with my current configuration and hence makes my system hang and hence recently switched back to windows 2000. In windows xp, we had the option of autoplaying a CD in a cd drive by just double clicking it, but in windows 2000, there is no such option but if you double click it actually opens the content of the CD. I want to know what to do in order to that if i click on the CD rom icon, it should autorun, instead of opening it as a folder, somebody shed light in this.
