How do you insert pictures

Hi all, currently I'm suing the NetPBM Plugin for my images. But in the last months the more and more I worked with my blog, I recognized it was not the plugin of my type, as it is missing features I want to use. So how do you upload your pictures in your blog? I'm think of an wysiwyg editor (btw: anyone knows how long it will take to next release that nucleus does support thisd native?) which allows me to upload pictures and insert their thumbnails. Maybe there should be a easy to use class and div feature? And maybe I don't want to use a thumbnail, I just want to use the picture itself. I don't want to upload it manually or edit tags by myself. Has anyone a way to do this or is this just a dream from me? Thanks
