in marking best response in our topic discussion, should we only giving 1 mark or we can mark more than 1? If we already marking 1 responder as best response, does our topic discussion still continuing or clossing?

Very good question, I too would like to know the answer. And also how long should you let a question go before you do mark it, and what does the person with the best response get? Hope someone who knows will answer these questions

The best respondent feels satisfaction
that his response has got the honor . And
he / she gets encouragement to provide more
quality responses . perhaps best respondent
also receives few more cents for his / her
contribution ...
And we should wait till we get satisfaction
with number of responses to our topics .
I mark the best response as soon as I
find the deserving reply ...

if you still need the response ...
I agree with the view of the above respondent
( Polly1 ) . we can select only one reply
as the best response . And we can give +
ratings to the remaining good replies .
After selecting the best response , our
topics are still open for the new replies .

You can only pick one response for best response. I like to wait until I have a few responses to choose from and then I pick best response. The topic will still continue after picking best response.
