How many things do you have going on at one time? I usually have several tabs going, maybe another window, possible im going on, usually the jutebox playing and downloading, paperwork or project on the side, maybe tv but not always, and at all times tending to my 7 year old and possible interuptions from other family members, and always pepsi, no phone. Does this sound anything like you?

i do a lot at one time. such as talking on the phone, doing dishes and drinking soda. or watching tv, talking on the phone, eating, and surfing the internet. yeah i do a lot of things at once there really aint no other way. you never really get bored. you sound like me without the 7 year old. i have no children. but i'm sure it would be a blast. not for me right now i'm 18 almost 19.

let me start off by saying, I have seven children...so multitasking is an understatement. ha ha I spend a lot of time on myLot trying to make a little bit. But I also have two dogs that need my attention too.
I will have a anywhere from 7 to 8 tabs open at once but also either listening to music in Windoes Media or the tv on CNN or Nickelodeon...the channel would depend on who has control of the remote at the time. LOL
Sometimes if feels like too much. But other times it is hilarious! :)

First of all, Happy New Year!!! Just like everyone here I am also addicted using the computer. Since my work evolves using the PC I practically do everything with it. I also use Mozilla Firefox 2.0 and have 4 reduced windows open, have Yahoo Messenger open, I have WinAmp open and my TV tuner open as well. Not to forget to mention some calls I receive while working How I can have all these at the same time? I have a 19" Wide LCD monitor and 1GB of memory to handle the job. My wife often complains that I spend a lot of time with my PC so probably tomorrow (since stores are closed today New Years Day) I plan to move my PC to our bedroom (where I cant smoke) but I need to buy at least 16 meters of telephone wire to attach to my DSL outlet. Once Ive done this at least I will have time to rest my back in bed. My suggestion to everyone is to spend a fixed number of hours on your PC (as this may be damaging to your eyes in the long run).
