u can improve your communication skills by call centre.

I guess the salary of people working in a call center is higher especially those who are in the outbound. You also improve your communication skills especially in English, you also get to understand the different English accents. As a call center people, you also learn how to control your temper because people might shout and say bad things about the company.

hey even i worked for the call centre for one year the only thing u can improve is ur communication skills thats it other than that nothing is there

well if you just have the mentality of an agent then there is no future..it's just like any other work. if you can't see yourself bigger than what you are right now then obviously you'll just stay the same. but if you look on the things that can and will happen.. there are lots of good opportunites, plus it pays well.

I am working in call centers for about 2 years. Call centers gives u really good money. Then improves ur personality, communication skills, helps u work in a great environment, meet different people, finally u can understand what is practical life. You can have workplace fun, enjoy the life :)

If you want to earn good bugs then a call center job may be good for you.. But I doubt that you may not get much to learn.

I worked in several call center for about 5 years... the expierence is a bit mixed. U do learn alot about how different people can be but it can be quite difficult and over time I just couldnt work there anymore.
