Do you ever use Hotlines (Toll-free information Lines)?

Well there are many different kinds of hotlines available to us, do you ever use them? Whether it be kids help phone, dating hotlines, health hotlines, etc? I think it's neat that they offer health hotlines for us to use, saves us from a trip to the doctor if it's something that can be answered over the phone. Have you found hotlines to be useful? Which line was it and what was your inquiry? A hotline that I recently came across is the mental health hotline which provides a taped version of mental health programs, symptoms, etc.
