Can those who can't hear, hear their thoughts?

I have been wondering about this for a while now and I think they can't because they have never heard a sound... What do you think?

well i think that they can. i think that we dont need our ears to hear our thoughts. the mind speaks for itself. those who cant hear can feel to and the mind is telling them what to feel meaning the they actually hear what the mind is telling them since they act upon the dictates of the mind..

i think they can't here that little voice we here in our head when we think ! Since they never hear a voice they even't don't know how it sounds ! In my opinion those people visualize their thoughts as an image ! We, peple who can hear are not good at it !

Thank you for responding, if you haven't heard a sound you probably can talk, when I'm thinking it's like I'm talking in my head.....
