THE WORLD TODAY IS ALREADY A DIFFERENT CONFIGURATION FROM THE ONE THAT WAS SINCE USA LED AGGRESSION ON IRAQ It is hardly two years from the dastardly USA led aggression on Iraq that was perpetrated and whose cause was built on lies and fabrications; and yet that side of the world community have the affront to try good ole Saddam Hussein. What has good ole Saddam done that he needs to be tried for crimes against humanity that was orchestrated and financed by the USA. How is it that an aggression that was contrived by fair means and foul can escape the demand for accountability by the United Nations and the world community escapes me. Why is it that the accountability that is the core of the sanctions enshrined in the Geneva Conventions is not enforced by the UN and the world community ? Why has Donald Rumsfeld got the guts to say that he will visit China and yet our Chinese leaders do not want to enforce the provisions of the Geneva Conventions on War Crimes and the Laws Against Humanity; this is something that totally escapes me. Be that as it may, the world after the aggression of Iraq has re-configured and it is all working against the interests of the USA; therefore in this sense, the USA faces divine retribution; GOD ON HIGH HAS RALLIED THE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD AND THEY SEE THE USA AS THE EVIL FORCE AND THEY HATE THE THUGGISH BEHAVIOUR WITH A PASSION. The theme of my discussion in this article is to see the developments that has taken place and the exclusion of the USA as a participant. How ironic that before the aggression by the USA on Iraq, the USA was the lion, but today even small nations see the USA as a toothless tiger and dares to strike out along a path of their own choosing and one that serves their own best interests. The USA has lost its charm and appeal and today the USA is seen as the thug that the world community has come rightfully to brand the USA. Who would have thought that in a matter of a mere under three years of brutal occupation failures in Iraq, the USA will unravel at such an alarming speed; at a speed that even I, who immensely dislike the USA finds alarming. There could be only one explanation and that is that the USA is so very incompetent that if we are looking for the truth, the USA can? even manage a hot dog stall, so to speak. What has happened while President went to sleep on his much looked forward holiday at his Crawford Ranch ? What has happened while President Bush, the holidaying President goes to sleep ? The biggest event that will work against the USA is the locking into a partnership of steel between Russia and China; and add to that earth shaking alliance is the bonus that India has signed on to this alliance; if that is true, then it is the beginning of the end of the USA as superpower. The USA is today relegated to the back burners and this will spiral into a steady decline of American power. China and Russia and perhaps India has shifted the center of gravity of geo-politics into the Asian sphere; and it is reflected in the decision of President Putin? decision to move the alignment of the oil and gas pipeline that will move millions of tons of oil and gas to supply China as first and foremost. This is a momentous decision because China is the surrogate of the USA in Asia and any strengthening of Japan is also a strengthening of the USA alliance. The shift made by President Putin indicates that Russia has come to realize that the USA is that problem of today and that the rise of China is a peaceful one and threatens no-one. As I have said earlier on, the alliance of China and Russia is the most important development since the end of the cold war; and if India is able to be drawn away from the embrace of the USA then this alliance is the most important one in the 21st century. There is every reason for India to bet on the Sino-Russian alliance because the natural alignment of India is in this grouping; it is in the Asian continent and all (except Russia) are developing nations that are the natural leaders of the third world. The level of development between China and India and Russia are almost identical and no one nation has a monopoly on any particular technology. The alliance of China, Russia and India is a natural fit. The next momentous development, while President Bush went to sleep is the natural grouping of the Caribbean nations, now led by President Hugo Chavez and known as Petrocaribe; the funding arrangement of their development programme is under written by President Chavez and it is very imaginative, and if I may say so myself, it will change the way that poor nations who have great natural resources but poor in US$ may find more constructive and equitable than the one that is now in place and one that exploit the poor nations of the world by the USA and their allies. President Hugo Chavez has under taken to guarantee the supply of oil to these Caribbean member states at the price of US$40/barrel equivalent and to extend credit to them at interest at 1%. THE MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE OF PRESIDENT CHAVEZ? ARRANGEMENT IS THAT OIL IS TRADED FOR THE NATURAL PRODUCE OF THAT NATION; be they bananas or sugar or whatever. This development and this new alliance is the most momentous, because for the first time in the history of this region the peoples of this region are offered credit and a comfortable price for their produce. PETROCARIBE is the savior of the Latin black peoples of South America; and if I may speculate, this alliance will fuel a Latin American revolution and force the black peoples to demand equality from the white people. It is very timely and should have come much earlier but for the support of the USA for the whites of Latin America. The third development is the yet unfinished war on terror, which really translates into the war of American aggression on the peoples of Islam, and the protection of Israel and the perpetuation of Israel as the American surrogate of the USA. My analysis on this subject, I reserve for another article because it is unfolding in very interesting ways.
