major reason for failure in relationships

in this most fast moving world all have been experiencing same problem that we dont get good relation so long somehow in one way or other it gets broke up in my view its mainly due to lack of concentration to others (persons concerned).
but i wanted to know different ideas its common concept which most have been realized by this time so tell me about your opinion which is also valuable?

I think that the major reason for an unsuccessful relationship is the lack of communication and the mutual respect. I mean if you do not communicate properly with one another then I do'nt think that you can survive the relationship for long. Also if there's no mutual respect and give-n-take then the relationship is like the Titanic, bound to sink.
