well there are a couple of things, leave it sitting for a while with hot soapy water, so it will loosen up. If you want something more quickly use oven cleaner, spray just a little bit and let it sit for about 5 min and it should come out really easy.

This is a trick I learned from a restaurant I worked at once. It's helpful for getting anything that's burned off the inside of the pan. Hope it helps!
Take the pan and add some water, deep enough to cover the burned area. Then pour in some baking soda and return to the stove and get the baking soda/water mixture to a boil. While it's boiling, take the edge of a spoon (or wooden spoon if it's teflon) and gently scrape a little. I can't tell you exactly how much baking soda to use, but I use around 1/4 cup to about a cup/cup and a half of water.
If after boiling it, and scraping a little, there's still some on...leave the baking soda water mix in it and let it sit overnight. If there's still a little on in the morning, use an sos pad or steel wool to take the rest of. This method will save on a heck of a lot of elbow grease and is the easiest method I've ever tried. This has worked on pans that would have been far easier to just throw away because stuff was burnt on so hard, lol. Good luck!
