I am really not even for sure what side-by-side is,I have never even heard of that,But if it is A product,Then you might want to quit using that product,and then take the maker of the product to court..And let the Judge hear you're case,I am sorry..I wish I could help you...More then that..But I cannot..Good luck...

If you purchased on the basis of 'on inspection' you had your inspection and you're more than likely stuck. Next time be aware of those sort of tricks.
