How to get BPO orders?

I going to start a 25 seater(3 shifts) BPO company in India? What are the things i have to concentrate? How can i (Where to) get orders? Do you sugesst or identify the potential. don't hesitate to give the related URLs

Thanks for the response. Ok No problem. Now we started the operation for motor company. They gave us orders for a year. They may extend further. Now i am looking for some other orders. Thank you. If you come acroos any please inform me
