Writing a travel report!

I have to write a travel report, using my findings write on how we can save costs, i have to include a half page executive summary and 2/3 pages of written contents, i'm not a writer, help - where do i begin?

Begin writing it with your experiences, what you felt like and then come on to the cost factor, it being the most striking factor anyone considers for a travel!
Everyone looks for value added services, ie., for the least amount they get the maximum facilities
!
