Hindsight In hindsight, it appears that what really worked in getting rid of SH was the 25 million dollar reward. As there have been billions spent since, and thousands killed - and as the stated claim (which to be open about I do not accept) was only to free the people of Iraq from what was patently obvious a madman and his followers - would it not then - again in hindsight which as everyone knows gives one 20/20 vision - have been more effective initially to offer a reward of percentage points less than what has been spent - say 100 million or more - to have gottem him without the bloodshed and current unwarranted attacks against those young men and women forced into a war? Using the same hindsight, could it then be applied to foresight to obviate any future occurrence? For example, as there seems little question that the leader of North K. is also off his rocker and that his elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floor; and for the sake of the millions suffering there, would a reward of the mentioned 100+ million be a viable method to use to eliminate him? Is the problem that this same method could also be used just for ideological or political means, a reason to not implement it when there is definite, provable evidence - such again as in North K. - that there really is a massive problem?
