I've been weight training for about a year now. I'm not bulky nor do I want to be bulky but I would like to have a little bit more definition (leg's, arm's, waist. Is it more reps and not as much weight? or less reps more weight? I currently can lift 25lbs (4 sets of 10)and for squats around 145lbs (3 sets of 10) Help, I don't want to be a hulk hugan..lol

maybe try looseing some bodyfat (not saying your fat) if you have any to loose
it will tighten up the skin around the muscles and give you more defanition
or switch to 5 sets of 5 reps that seems to be a favorit of alot of bodybuilders
are you eating enoth protein? that helps the muscles build quicker
