Light Posts.

We all see light posts all around, every where in the cities. Since electricity is now used for lighting purposes, we get electric light from the light posts. In earlier years (some decades back) when electric light was not there / not so much popular, the light posts were manually operated by kerosine lamps, even beside the roads and streets. Most places, these were made from wooden stands. I have witnessed a few of these, decades back. What of you? Have you seen?
