Are we supposed to pick a best answer to our topics? If so, how do you do that? Thanks

That is really up to you. For the discussions that i have started I have designated a best answer for each. Though my discussions have not picked up many replies, I waited around 2 weeks before assigning a best answer tag . For those discussions that I reply to, I often tag a "+" to those that are good, relevant replies that contribute to the discussion. I also tag a "-" to those that warrant a negative rating. So, with that being said, it is not a myLot rule to tag and pick a best answer but it sure encourages those who truly post good content and punishes those who don't.

Yes, what I do is go back into a discussion that I started, go through them and try to post something to the people who have posted on your discussion. And pick one post that stand's out above the rest. And also rate everyone who has posted. I don't know if it changes anything for the people who posted but it's a nice thing to do, since we all take time to post on discussion's. Atleast that's what I try to do with all my discussion. Good luck
