rmb is better than hk $

According to the report , less shops are willing to accept HK$,since the changing
rate is low HK$100 just worth 99 or even 95 in RMB.
Does it mean that less HK person will consume at local??
HOW will HK 's economy be affected? The cost of running a tour to Mainland will certainly increased .
What do you think about that issue?
