Unattended word to pdf conversion

Hi
I have to convert a 4.0MB Word file with many hyperlinks to PDF format using adobe acrobat writer 6.0 and during the conversion I get a confirmation message.Because of this a cannot leave it to run overnight.
How do i convert without user untervention
