Do you think participating on MyLot is better than watching TV?

I think just about anything is better than watching tv! But to answer your question -- yes, I think MyLot is a lot better than tv -- I like the interactivity here and the chance to see so many thoughts from all over the world and being able to respond to them. TV s such a one way experience, if you get my drift.

Well, I don't really watch much TV, so I suppose that yes, participating on myLot IS better than watching TV. LOL It just depends on what's on. If one of my shows is on, I'd rather watch TV.

Right now the tv is on and hubby and I are watching tv. I decided to visit mylot for awhile. Often I play solitaire while we watch bike and car building shows... I might turn off the computer tho and watch a movie without doing anything else, cause it's very relaxing. Days when I'm here by myself, I'm very often on the computer doing something, and will usually have a news channel on or the history channel. Oops, there goes the movie and we're back to watching wood projects.. which is ok, but maybe I'll stay on mylot for a bit longer :))

I love MyLot friends. I am going though a difficult time, and they have been a blessing to me. Kind and concerned. Also, enjoy learning a lot of things, and having fun. I think this is a lot more fun than watch tv.

I enjoy both. However I seem to be spending more and more time on MyLot, and less watching tv. I'm addicted. And it is getting so much more fun on here with all the great quality discussions. Don't forget to keep rating best response and + rate if it's good. Have a great evening.

i like watching tv too, but mylot is okey, i spend time here while i am at work, i enjoy the discussions and i am exchanging ideas with the others... enjoying ang earning a little is not bad..

For me myLot is a better place than watching TV, unless I have a football (soccer) match on. This is a place where we can learn many things, we can improve our overall knowledgebase. Here there are discussion of many issues all over the world. So at then end this is obviously a better place than watching TV.

I don't prefer MyLot to tv, it depends on my mood but the fact is that I spend a lot more time posting here than watching tv per day. I watch tv on average 2h/day and somedays I spend more time here even if it's not for full hours but the total time is bigger than the total time watching tv.

I like doing both. After some time on Mylot I have to do something else so I go watch a little bit of tv or my Family Guy dvd and after come back. But this is my first week and I was off, so I don't know how it's gonna be when I'm gonna get back to get and that some of my fav tv show are gonna start.
