Are we vaccinating our kids too much??

Another year and another shot is needed for our kids. Chicken pox and MMR have been added to Diptheria, pertussis and tetanus, along with Hepatitis B. Now they have decided we need to be vaccinated against Hepatitis A as well. So now I open up a magazine and find there is now a vaccine for Genital Warts, the pappiloma virus. And of course all young women should get it. Is this all being pushed by the drug companies? Or are we really better off with all these vaccines than before?

I believe that if we rely too much on vaccines and medications, the human race in general will be more cesseptable (sp?) to disease because we will have lost the ability to fight it on our own.

A reasonable thought. We may ultimately be solely dependent on the vaccinations and may be in big trouble like last year when the flu vaccine was in short supply.

I dont vaccinate my kids. I did with the first three, for some of the shots, but my last 2 havent. And the last 2 havent even gotten an ear infection. I dont care what people think of me either. I feel its cruel to them to stick them with part of a disease to build an immune to it. And my kids have been fine without it. Not even a cold.
