No increase means new job?

I thought that we will be given an increase in our salary because our work were evaluated by our superior. To my disappointment, we were only given a one time bonus. One of my plans before the year ended was to find a new job if we will not be given an increase for this year. Or if we were given but did not reach my expected targeted salary, I will still find a new one. I love my job because I love what I am doing. But if I plan of having a baby soon I will have to look for a job with a better benefits and higher salary. What to do?
