How do you report people for plagarizing other people's posts?

I noticed someone posting on my "freaky dreams" post and it sounded a lot like something I had read the night before. When I went back and re-read the posts, I found that it was the EXACT thing that one of the first responders had posted. Now, this really chapped my hiney! How do you report people for doing this sort of thing?
Doesn't it piss you off when you see people doing this sort of thing?

In my first week I had 4 people copy and paste my own posts as their posts .. cheeky beggars .. 2 were even pasted directly under my own posts .. talk about blatant cheating .. streuth how stupid is that ..
Anyway .. I reported each and every one .. and I haven't seen any copying since .. but be warned you cheeky copiers .. I can and definitely will report you .. so don't try it ..
