eating habbits

every one out there who enjoy eating,im asking from you is it necessary to get a fab body we should stop extra eating ..?, but me as being an emotional eater i cannot control it or else i will jump in a river, eating is somthing like "i" cannot live without,those chocolates,and fried stuff calls me like any thing and i go running after them .! but luckily im not thAT BIG BUTty still afraid of getting one,any one who can let me know hoe we can satisfy our stomach smartly .!

it doesnt matter what you eat,you can gladly devour all the chocolates and fried stuff in the world as long as you exercise.a good long work out can make you loose out those extra pounds and help you chisel out your body.being a voracious eater is always good as long as it is not only eating you are doing.you need to be active and working out at the same time too.

Hey I am not that fat still..!!
I have an average figure...!
I just want to cure my eating habbits Just ..Can say I have much eye hungry not stomach hungry...!!
I donot eat food only because I am hungry ..I eat just because I feel like so..!!
Some time I think I am born to eat..!
So I just want to get rid of my badly eating habbits..!!nothing else..losing weight is not hard for me...!And I don't even wnat to lose it either just want to get rid of my eating habbits...!

Can always use some of that extra self control and also u can cheat ur body by drinkin lots of water or chewing gums at times... to keep you mouth busy..... Best of all have lots of fluids it keeps ur bod healthy
