need to get documentation on my dog

she was born four years ago october,now i need something saying that she is my dog

If you are now totally can't have any valid documents for it then maybe you should visit the related department to find out how to do in order not to proof it.

a copy of your vets receipts? would that help?

It depends if you adopted her or if she was a gift.......The vet keeps records on who took her in for her appointments and if you adopted her the shelter should have paper work on her also. if you need dated proof...proof that you've had her for X amount of years maybe you should look for some pictures...I don't know what your situation is so I really don't know what else to tell you. Our dog is microchipped. We got her from the shelter so we wouldn't need any documentation on her. I think having our dog microchipped is one of the best things we could of done..just in case she gets lost or stolen....

Is this a purebred dog? If so did you ever get papers on her? Did you send in the paper to register her? If not, where did you get the dog?
