Rating pictures

I just noticed that you are able to rate pictures that people post in their profile. How did I miss this? When did it happen? Can someone tell me where to find more info about rating these pictures? Everytime I read about pic ratings I always thought I was reading about pics posted in discussions...so I don't know when or even if I have read about this. Someone give me some details please! I post lots of pictures but I don't think any of them have been rated...at least not that I know of. Help me out here!
