Try any good diets lately? Anything that worked really well for you? Please share what you did and your success stories...

don't try any diets just try yoga it will help for you i have got experianced in that am dancer

I have tried yoga before but I have a hard time sticking with it because I find it boring. But maybe I could look into a different class...Thanks

i am on weight watchers right now.i have been on it since dec.30,2006 and so far i have lost 12lbs.it's one of the easiest diets i have ever been on.your not deprived of any certain foods.just count points and watch portions.i can give you a website if you would if to see more success stories with people who have been on weight watchers. http://www.wwfamilyforum.com

Provided you keep on drinking 2 lt (1/2 gallon) water, you'll lose a number of calories that equals your BMR plus all the activities you manage to do. At it's best 150-180 gr (5-6 oz) of fat. I think the effort isn't worth the small result...

ooo...good thread. Yesterday I decided I was going to lose weight. Of course, I don't know if my plan is successful yet since I just started. Still, I will share. I have been doing some light exercise and changing my eating habits. Eating small 5 meals a day and measuring to make sure that the serving sizes are correct.
