Trayapp Error

Recently, we added a new computer to the home network. Ever since we did so, my husband has been getting a "trayapp" error when he starts his computer. I moved some things from his computer to my computer on the network and am thinking it is related to our Microsoft Office Software. The only way that he gets rid of this is by ending task on it. Are you familiar with this? If so, are there any resolutions that you can think of? Thanks in advance for all posts.
