Halitosis or bad breath is an offensive odor emanating from the oral cavity. Most common cause is periodental disease cause by Plaque. The best way to avoid it for me is proper tooth brushing and removal of decay. You must also clean your tongue as well as drink a lot of water and stimulate saliva by chewing gums if my mouth is dry.

Such disease must not be taken for granted. Hope that those people having such oral disease must take care of their oral hygiene like brushing properly, eating foods that have foul smell, drink a lot of water and the best way brush and floss your teeth.
