I would do it slowly to avoid my partner being hurt. Slowly but surely!!!!!

Slowly. She's going to be new with the whole experience so taking it slow would be the easiest and (probably) the most comfortable for her because you're giving her time to adjust. Input from real females, of course, would be a lot better :D
