91 gmc sonoma engine stops will not keep running

I NEED WIRING DIAGRAM FO 1991 GMC SONOMA 2.5L 5 SPEED. TO HELP CHECK WIRING. HAVE HAYNES MANUAL. TRUCK WAS PARKED ALL NIGHT, AIR TEMP WAS-10c, WAS DRIVING FOR ABOUT 10 MINS AT HIGHWAY SPEED, STOPED AT A LIGHT,ENGINE DIES, TURNS OVER GREAT BUT WILL NOT RUN, PUT SOME GASLINE AINTY FREEZE IN GAS TANK,AFTER 2O MINS ON SIDE OF ROAD, TURN OVER ENGINE SHE STARTS DRIVE ABOUT 1 MILE SHE STALLS AGAIN, TOW TRUCK HOME, 2HOURS LATER TURN OVER ENGINE SHE STARTS RUNS 15 MINS IN DRIVE WAY - THEN STALLS, AS PER MANUAL I GET AND INSTALL NEW GAS FILTER, 30 MINS LATER, TURN OVER ENGINE SHE STARTS RUNS 5 MINS IN DRIVE WAY - THEN STALLS, TURN OVER ENGINE TO CHECK FOR SPARK AT SPARK PLUGS-NO SPARK AT SPARK PLUG,OR COIL, WITH KEY ON CHECK FOR POWER AT COIL- HAVE 12V, REMOVE COIL AND TEST PER MANUAL- COIL IS QUESTIONABLE, GET NEW COIL, TEST NEW AND OLD COIL BOTH TEST SAME, REINSTALL OLD COIL, TURN OVER ENGINE SHE STARTS RUNS 5 MINS IN DRIVE WAY - THEN STALLS, CHECK WIRING BETWEEN IGNITION MODULE AND COIL ALL IS GOOD, TURN OVER ENGINE SHE WILL NOT START - CHECK IGNITION MODULE AS PER MANUAL -CONFUSED -NOT SURE, GET NEW IGNITION MODULE - INSTALL ON DISTRIBUTOR TURN OVER ENGINE SHE STARTS RUNS 5 MINS IN DRIVE WAY - THEN STALLS, TEST IGNITION PICK-UP COIL AS PER MANUAL IT PASS AS GOOD, BUT UNDER VISUAL INSPECTION INSULATION ON WIRE LEADS HAS MANY CRACKS IN THEM, GET NEW IGNITION PICK-UP COIL, PUT ENGINE AT TDC- MARK ROTOR LOCATION- MARK DISTRIBUTOR LOCATION, REMOVE DISTRIBUTOR FROM ENGINE- TAKE APART DISTRIBUTOR AND INSTALL NEW PICK UP COIL ,THEN REINSTALL DISTRIBUTOR CORRECTLY BACK INTO ENGINE. TURN OVER ENGINE SHE WILL NOT START WIRING DIAGRAM IN MANUAL IS USELESS WHAT IS "ECU"?, WHERE ISIT IN TRUCK?, AND DOES IT DO? HELP ME TO GET IT RUNNING AGAIN. PLEASE

ECU=Electronic Control Unit. This is what is commonly called The Brain Box. It controls almost everything in the ignition system. Have you considered that the wiring MAY NOT BE THE PROBLEM? What about fuel supply? If you have an external fuel pump, disconnect supply line and use compressed air to blow back toward the fuel filter which has been disconnected also. Keep on going back toward the fuel tank until you have eliminated everything but the tank. If after doing all that and reconnected everything and you still have this problem, try removing the tank and getting it cleaned out. A fiend of mine had a similar problem and discovered a ping pong ball in his gas tank. Prank,maybe. Sabotage, definitely.
