How do you 'lose' a radioactive container!!! OMG!

I was just reading that a radioactive canister was lost in western australia late last year. Ok, so the radiaoactive amount was not too extreme, but I cannot beleive that we are so careless when transporting this type of waste that a canister can be lost just like that! Yes they were very careless when it came to lose the radioactive canister there should be more security when it comes to things like this. We have to increase our security resources here in Australia before there is an explosion.
