Printing black page

Each time i give a print command, the printer prints a black page. Perhaps its not taking document in memory or i really dont know why? Kindly suggest me something.

Maybe you have not unchecked the printing properties column that says print in black and white or that say greyscale printing ,...these options are present in prferences tab or print propertins
