Stealing Ones Identity.

A 20 year old woman stole a dead girls name and Identity to get into an Ivy League school. Not only did she mess up her own future, but she made the lives of the dead girls family a living hell by making the other family have to realize that their daughter is dead. This woman messed up alot of lives by doing this. My question is. Do you really think it is that simple to take someone elses identity? All feedback is greatly appreciated.

i think it isn't simple , i haven't heard yet something like that, i have only see these kind of things in films.
