Dance like No One is Watching You! Do you ever dance when you are alone? Have you ever been caught in the act?

I love that quote. I often dance around the house. I have practiced this for many years. When my kids were younger one of the said I should stop dancing in the kitchen. I asked why they would say such a thing. The response I got was that my butt jiggled and someone might see me and my jiggly butt. I told them that it is a form of exercise and that I would not care who saw my butt jiggling, I was going to continue doing it. They danced along with me.

My little sister who is five is like that she tells everyonelike it is. She is honest and sometimes it hurts. But she is always saying to me "sissy you have a fat butt." And once we were in the store together and she said that to another person I about croaked. I got her out of there as fast as possible after apologizing. I told her not to say stuff like that to people its not nice. So far she hasn't done it again, well except to me and my mom.

Kids can be so funny and honest sometimes. One time my niece said at 4years old, "Auntie can I tell you a secret?, You have fat in you, that's why you wear big clothes" I thanked her for letting me know...hehehe

dancing is something which gives me immense pleasure to perform. it is in the rythmic movements of dancing that our body and soul catch up with each other, and we attain an energy level, which is truly escatic. i have never liked to dance in the public because i know i m not good in it and the other is it i dont want people to make fun of me and amuse themselves. it is in the closed doors of my room that i get a chance to dance and enjoy the beats and releive myself of some pressure. and yes i have never been caught dancing alone in a room, and i hope the same in the future.

I have rarely danced alone, so nobody caught me. Hhhheeee. I only have my hubby, and I know where and when he is around. So if I did dance, it would never be when he would catch me. :)

I dance just about every chance I get. To me it is one of the many things I do to help relieve stress. I have been caught many times by my husband coming home from work, because I get into it so much that sometimes I forget about what time it may be, but it don't really matter to me, he just joins me unless he is to tired. Scares the blazes out of me though when all of sudden I have someone grabbing me from behind.

That's funny, I got caught bad years ago. I was dancing around the house singing and cleaning, etc. My friend came over and I didn't hear her knocking because the music was so loud. As I danced my way into the kitchen, twirling around...there she was sitting at the table. I almost passed out...I don't know if it was from fright or embarassment...lol

You betcha! I turn that badbody Sirius radio to the 70's station and my large hindend starts to boogy! I do this every morning as I get ready for work. Yes, the children and hubby are out of the house. The cat, however sits on the end of the bed and honest to God, in the best Garfield expression face, appears to be saying, "What in the name of Jesus are you doing?" I so wish he could speak, so that I would know what he was saying. This is our morning routine! Yes, on occassion my son, who is 16, came back for a forgotten notebook. I didn't hear him come down the hall and I turned around and saw him in my bedroom doorway and it frightened me...so I screamed! He said, "Hey, that isn't fair, I didn't scream when your dancing frightened me, you can't scream either!"

I do it whenever possible, and yes I have been caught a million times. I have always done it even when I was really little. I love it, and I think it is a great way to get rid of stress. It also puts other people in a good mood if they happen to catch you, when you obviously weren't expecting it. I have even danced in my car at stop lights, and people starring were laughing at me, not with me, oh well 8-)
