Fruits-How Many Times A Week?

Fruits are essential for the body to get various Vitamins and Minerals. They also contain fibers and very necessary for the digestive system too. I take fruits once or twice a week. But i like if somebody cuts/peels of and gives me the readymade fruit dish. I like Apple,Guava,Oranges,Papaya etc.What do you like and do you manage to have fruits regularly for your health?
