flat tummy - any tips?

can you give me some EASY tips to flatten my tummy? it seems to get bulging nowadays and i DON'T like it at all! am fond of wearing tight fitting jeans and you know, how odd it feels if there is a tummy too obvious .
is there any way out that you know , which is not very difficult?am a bit lazy on exercises, but if it's something simple, i should try it out. anyway, i don't have any other choice, it seems.
are belts of any kind useful? can you tell me if there are any?
any food in particular which might help?

Try doing abdominal exercises two to four times a week,
8 to 15 reps per set. After a month or so you should see some improvement in the look and tone of your stomach area,

Food is the number one culprit in tummy bulging. But of course the decision is ours. I used to have a bulging tummy too and I am too lazy for exercise.
Recently I had hyperacidity and indigestion. Then I was introduced to a laxative which works well for me. But I don't take it on a regular basis. I only have it when my indigestion is triggered and I can't eliminate waste the next day. One glass of laxative will surely send me to the toilet at least two times in the morning 8 hours after drinking.
One thing you should also consider is carefully choose foods that don't cause bloating. Brown bread, brown rice are very good for the digestive system.
