This morning a message posted on HillaryClinton.com simply stated I'm In. So now that she has made it official. Lets have a civilized discussion on the pros and cons of her candidacy. *WARNING I SAID CIVILIZED meaning any responses that are not such will be negatively rated.. along with those with blatant misspellings.

I think I'd kind of enjoy seeing what she could do in there. I think she's a determined woman and has had her sites on it the entire time, just not openly. I also think she has some brass balls for sure and won't take any crap from the nations that think they can push us around, BUT unlike the current president will have the intelligence to THINK before she speaks most of the time. I'm not too sure other countries are ready for a woman in the White House but I for one could care less what others want or desire. If she can win here, all the more power to her! She probably has my vote, but of course I have to read up and make sure she stands mostly for what I do!

The best thing about Mrs Clinton is that it will bring Bill Clinton back into the whitehouse for another go at the dual presidency. Think - balanced budgets, sane foreign policy, prosperity and calm so that all people have to worry about is trivia like hairdos, etc. But is it possible for Americans to turn back the clock? Or have the Bush stuff-ups had a permanent effect on the USA?

Thanks for the heads up. Personally, I am sooooo ready for a Hillary/Barak ticket. We need to bring sanity and intelligence back to this country. Hillary has proven that she is a smart woman who can stay strong under stress and not crumble and bring down the country when her personal life falls apart. That has always been the argument held against women - that we cry at the drop of a pin and make decisions based on our emotions. She is also smart enough to listen to good advice. And....she's got one of the best advisors beside her - Bill Clinton.

As much as I think it is time to have a serious female candidate, I just don't think Hillary is the best choice for it. She has too much baggage that I know Republicans aren't going to be able to get over, and I would dare say a few moderates and Democrats too. I don't want her to lose and have everyone saying it's just because she is a woman. I think another woman (not Condi either) with less baggage...that is, not a Clinton... would be a better choice.

I think that Hillary would make a great president. She was great under the administration of her husband. She did great as a Senator of New York, and she will make a great president. Alot of people do not like the idea of a woman president but I for one think that she would be great, she has a great political mind. Thank you for the great discussion and have a great day!!
