How do I determine if my pet has fleas?

They scratch alot is the biggest sign. Then if you look through their fur, you can see them crawling on their skin. A bath with flea soap will take care of them. You should see them floating in the bath water when you are done.

Well if you see you pet scratching a lot then you can check under the hair. Fleas like to get around the neck,ears,hinnie, etc. Just check everywhere.

They (and probably you) will scratch alot. You will be able to see them crawling on your pet and maybe see them around the house too. They jump.

your pet will probably scratch a lot and if you check through his fur you should spot some. but if you dont do anything the fleas are likely to migrate to your carpets and your bedding too, and you might start scratching too. A flea bite can look a lil like a mosquitoe bite ... to treat your pet you got shampoos sold almost everywhere for pets and then i advice that you keep treating your pet either with an anti flea collar or with those lil liquid doses you apply on the neck of the animal each month ; they r to my opinion more efficient
