How do you not strain your eyes too much? I watch a lot of TV and go on the computer a bit as well. Any tips on lessening the strain on my eyes? Is there some sort of filter you can put on your TV/computer screens? What sort of screen is the best? LCD, plasma, tft or CRT? All advice is appreciated.

The best thing is to take a short 5 minutes to ten minutes break in an hour. TFT's are better than other type of monitors. But I still would suggest computers users to take short frequent breaks when using a computer

Plaster your office with pictures of things you like to look at that are soothing and relaxing to you and your eyes and often look away from the screen at these pictures... If your eyes start to hurt clothes them for a few minutes and try to do the less work you can and get off... Make sure you get enough sleep, that you are not to close to the monitor, and that the lighting in the room is not to dim or to bright. - DNatureofDTrain
