Are you under bankruptcy

My parents are but they in Chapter 13 and been trying to get a loan past couple to months to save their home and I been trying to help them and also my sister been helping to find a loan so they can save their home we haven't had any luck and plus none of these loan places will help them because they are under bankruptcy
