I need some advice..

Hey pals...I m in utter confusion as to what to do now... I am currently working as a tech support engineerf or Microsft. But I am not happy with this job. I am saturated with this Tech Support Kind of thing... When I was a college fresher I had very big dream of achieve my goal and I was working on it. But I think after working here for 2 yrs I hv become dull and I dun hv that killer instinct. My family is presurizing to do some course in SAP and move into SAP and I am also interested in that. But as I will be a complete newbie here I need some time and again I need money to support my study in SAP. So I f I quit job n ask for money from My family will it b a good decision?????? Again at some corner of my hart i always feel insatiable becoz I ma unable to fulfill my goal of doing my MBA...I m very much disturbed as what to do now....Please advice me.
