Skip the smoothies...they have a ton of sugar in them. English muffins are not bad for you at all- especially the whole wheat ones. You could buy a bag and keep them at work. Also, if you eat a banana or an apple with them, then it will be even better! 4 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons butter, melted 8 to 10 slices bread Waffle syrup Preheat and lightly oil a waffle iron. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and salt, then melted butter. Dip bread slices, one at a time, in egg mixture and drain. Bake in waffle iron 2 to 3 minutes, until brown. Serve with your favorite syrup. Yields 8 to 10 slices. Servings: 2 Chunky Applesauce Nothing beats the taste of homemade applesauce and fixing it in the slow cooker couldn't be easier. Serve it alone or spooned over warm gingerbread. 8 to 10 large cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced 1/2 to 1 cup water 1/2 to 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon Place apples, water, cinnamon and sugar in slow cooker. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours, or on high 3 to 4 hours. happy mylot day.

I nomally have bread with a variety of spread, such as peanut butter, jam, meat floss, cheese. It's very simple, does not require much preparation. If I've more time, I'll make garlic toasts or french toasts. And of course I'll wash everything down with a cup of coffee!

Good Healthy breakfast must be a combination of Go,Grow, and Glow foods. And also I get some healthy breakfast combination in hospital when I was hospitalized , For breakfast they usually served rice, hotdogs/sausage/meat, fruits and also and milk/tea.
