im trying to lose about 10-15lbs in the next few months. im really motivated right now but i know that i'll lose my motivation in the next few days when i dont see any big results. im now on a healthy diet and ive also begun doing aerobics for 45 minutes every morning. do you think this is enough? should i be exercising more throughout the day? what are some good exercises that really burn the fat around the stomach and thighs?

45 minutes of aerobics sounds good... just make sure it's been 2 hours after a meal and wait 2 hours before eating if you have to... my exercise plan is only walking but it helped me lose 8 lbs in one week.. i didn't get to continue because i started school and went 730am to 730pm... no more energy after that.. try this: you can choose to walk any time of the day, no sun is best but anytime is good, i walked at around 4pm... wear a good pair of walking or running shoes. stretch first, then walk 5 minutes slow... 20 minutes fast, or up to 20 minutes fast, no need to push yourself... then 5 minutes slow again. while you're walking make sure you are swaying your hands back and forth... and make sure it's heel first that lands on the ground. you will feel like your whole body is getting a workout and will sweat a lot. do this at least 5 days a week. will start doing this again soon. this is so much better than treadmill walking, i dreaded the treadmill and even had nightmares... real walking is so much more fun.. on your 2nd or 3rd day you will feel light as a bird. let me know how it works for you! Goodluck!
